As a highly intuitive therapist or holistic practitioner, you have the ability to connect with your clients in a way that makes you incredibly good at what you do. However, with your energetic sensitivity comes a higher risk of burnout. I’m here to help you manage the stress of your job so that your sensitivity can be your strength.

Hi! I’m Lydia,

And I work with highly sensitive or empathic therapists who care about creating an intentional career path. I’m a coach and licensed therapist, and have worked in the field for over fifteen years. As a highly sensitive helper, I’ve had to learn how to create the right work environment and lean into my ideal career archetype in order to avoid burnout and stay true to myself. I’m here to help you find work that feels fulfilling and authentic, even if that means trying out career paths that you never planned on pursuing.

My approach to coaching is more gentle than some other coaches, because I believe in helping you deepen your own self-awareness and come to more authentic solutions. I’m here to be your guide as you uncover your path to career fulfillment.

Why I do
what I do

After only six months as a clinical social worker, I burned out. The work that I had spent years training for was so emotionally demanding, and I felt an expectation to develop thicker skin, be less sensitive, and ultimately - change who I was in order to make this career work for me.

I believe therapists/helpers need more support. We benefit from supervision and peer connection, but when we’re energetically sensitive, this job can present unique and often overlooked challenges.
